Shipping & Delivery
To make buying from us simple, Shipping and handling within the 48 contagious
United States is free of charge on all purchases of $49.00 and above (UPS Ground
only); L.T.L. Carrier, Overnight, Second/Third Day and Expedited orders are
excluded and you need to contact customer service for a freight quote before
placing order.
Please contact Customer Support for Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and
International shipping costs. If you need faster delivery, you can arrange
for overnight, second day or third day delivery. International orders please
allow additional days for delivery. Contact Customer Support for more
information or costs. Many products are ready to ship within two days of your
order, while others are manufactured when you place the order. We cannot deliver
to P.O. Box locations. Most products ship UPS. Items Shipped freight (L.T.L.
carrier) are delivered to curbside or driveway only; for any additional delivery
needs, you must notify us in advance at the time of placing orders, please
contact us during our Customer Support hours. L.T.L. additional charges
such as inside delivery fees, construction site delivery fee, residential delivery
fee, etc. will be added to your bill.

Occasionally, orders may ship from multiple distribution centers, in which
case your order may arrive at separate times.
Expedited Shipping Methods (Next Day, 2-Day, 3-Day Services) Lighting
Galaxy will not be liable for expedited shipping charges due to delay in the
lead time of an order. Expedited shipping services are offered only to speed
up the Transit Time.
Customer must be available to sign for deliveries. Lightinggalaxy.com
will not be responsible for shipments left without signature at the request
of customer.
